Jansport quality tanking
"This backpack has been a nonstop disappointment. Both of the waterbottle pockets begin ripping at thr seams within weeks of receiving it. The zipper gets stuck on the zipper cover almost daily. The seams near the straps are also starting to unravel"

MIGHT buy this again
"I got this bookbag for Christmas about 2 years ago and LOVED it. . . until the shoulder strap ripped. This has happened multiple times and I understand that I typically carry a lot of binders, books, folders but I was expecting it be more durable considering it is supposed to be able to carry a lot. I have sent it back and Jansport has fixed it multiple times now but I wish I could just wear it and not worry about it. Also, I understand why jansport can't fix the rips and stuff I have on the inside from pencils and things poking through the mesh and this bookbag would be the dream if it was just a bit more durable. Lastly, this bookbag isn't super comfortable to carry a lot in. I love the bag itself and how the straps on the sidewater bottle pockets help hold my MASSIVE Stanley which is another reason why I would consider buying it again, but if you get this bookbag just be careful and take full advantage of the repair policy because it will most likely rip."
